VIP Motion Events Service Agreement

Cancellation policy: Deposits are refundable if cancelled more than 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged the full estimated total.

Damage policy: Client is responsible for damages to vehicle interiors caused by event guests. A cleaning fee of $250–$500 may be charged for excessive soiling. Damage to vehicle exterior caused by unsafe loading/unloading is billed at cost.

Overtime rates: If your event exceeds the booked end time, overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Your lead driver will confirm overtime authorization before proceeding.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the quoted rate. The standard gratuity for event drivers is 15–20% of the hourly rate per vehicle, per hour. We encourage clients to tip their drivers directly.

Force majeure: VIP Motion is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control. We will communicate proactively and do everything in our power to minimize impact.

Final payment: The balance (estimated total minus deposit) is due 7 days before your event via invoice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
