When does my 10% discount activate?
Immediately after your subscription is confirmed. It applies automatically at checkout — no code, no action required on your part. You'll see a line item showing the Elite discount before you pay.
Does the 10% stack with promo codes?
No. Elite discount and promo codes don't stack — the better discount applies automatically. If a promo gives you more than 10% off, we use the promo. If Elite gives you more, we use Elite. You always get the best price.
How does priority dispatch actually work?
When you request a ride, Elite member requests are surfaced first in our driver assignment queue. During peak hours when drivers are in demand, this can mean the difference between a 3-minute wait and a 15-minute wait.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, any time. There's no contract. Monthly members can cancel before their next billing date. Annual members can cancel to stop renewal — no pro-rated refunds on the current year period.
I don't have a VIP Motion account. Do I need one to subscribe?
No. You can subscribe with any email address via Stripe. However, to get the Elite discount applied automatically at checkout, you'll need to be logged into a VIP Motion account associated with your email. Creating an account is free and takes 30 seconds.
Is this available for corporate accounts?
Individual Elite memberships are personal. For corporate billing, fleet coverage, or account management, contact us through our Enterprise page — we have custom pricing for teams of 5 or more.
